Shipping and handling fees depend upon the value of items ordered and the method of delivery that you choose.

International Customs Charges and Duties

Canadian customers must pay applicable sales tax, duty, and customs charges, which is determined by your local government.  Canadian customers will be billed duties, customs, taxes, and international processing fees at the time of order.

 

Please note: The tax line on your order receipt page and confirmation notification will contain duties, customs, taxes and international processing fees.

 

Delivery Time

Orders will ship within 2 business days (subject to payment verification) and will typically be delivered within 20 days from the date of shipment.

 

Customs and Returns

By ordering goods from Personalized University Products, a division of La Loupe, Inc., I hereby authorize a licensed Canadian customs broker chosen by La Loupe, Inc. to act as my agent, and to transact business with Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) to clear my merchandise to La Loupe, Inc. and prepare and submit refund claims on my behalf for any merchandise that I return.  I understand that CBSA will send any refund of duties and taxes that were paid on the returned merchandise to the broker, and that I will obtain the refund directly from La Loupe, Inc.   In this connection, I also authorize the customs broker to endorse any refund check issued by CBSA in my name, so that La Loupe, Inc. can be reimbursed.
