La Loupe has security meMSUres in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of the information you provide. We encrypt your personal information, including your credit card number, when transmitting over the Internet using triple key encryption technology.
Browsers that allow for SSL Technology Ordering from our website require the use of an SSL-compliant browser, such as Netscape 4.0 or later; Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or later; 5.0 AOL client for PCs; or the 5.0 AOL client for Macs. You will not be able to use [Secure Mode] if you have an older version of an Internet browser that does not support secure transactions, of if your computer is located on a local area network (LAN) that uses a firewall that prohibits secure transactions. If [Secure Mode] is not possible, please select one of our offline options to place your order.
Your Submissions
By submitting your personal name, initials, photographs, or any other property or information to PUP for the purpose of product personalization you grant PUP and its partners and affiliates a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty free, right to use such materials and information. You will retain ownership of these materials; however any products or templates made available through PUP are not proprietary to you and can be used by PUP for other purposes. You acknowledge and agree that you have no further rights to these products as a whole or templates whatsoever after the personalization process. You also warrant that you are free to use any materials or information submitted to PUP for the purpose of personalization. You also agree to avoid submitting any material that may be considered not lawful, offensive, fraudulent, threatening, libelous, defamatory, or obscene, and you agree that you have permission to use information or materials of any individual or his/her guardian referenced or appearing in the materials you submit.
Product Proofs & Corrections to Personal Information
PUP will request your approval on personal text, information, photo placement, etc. on each and every order whether it be accomplished by displaying an on-screen “proof” or sending you a PDF “proof” via email. It is imperative that you evaluate your product proofs very carefully as they will print exactly how you see them. Most of PUP’s orders submitted via the website are NOT touched or viewed by a human being – they are sent directly to a digital printing engine using a proprietary web-to-print solution. It is not always possible for PUP to intercept and correct personal text or graphics. Nonetheless, PUP wants to give its customers the highest level of service. Please call us at 269-966-1830 and ask for PUP Customer Service with any questions or requests. We will do everything we can to assist you.
Contests
La Loupe may occasionally conduct contests on our website in which we ask participants for contact information, such as E-mail address or telephone number. You must be 13 years of age or older to participate. Participation in any contest is not mandatory. If you participate in a contest, we may use this contact information to send you, when necessary, information about the contest or our company.
