My Preview Isn't Showing
- Make sure you are using Internet Explorer 6 or higher or Firefox. Unfortunately our technology does not yet work with Seamonkey or Safari.
- Did you use any special characters such as the "&" sign? Try using the full word substitute and try your preview again.
- Try to be patient. In order to give you a clear preview of your personalized order we use graphics with higher resolution than most web graphics. It make take up to a few minutes for your preview to load.
- Still not working? Please do not hesitate to email us at customercare@personalizedU.com. We will respond as quickly as possible! You may also call us during normal business hours, 9 AM - 5 PM EST/EDT.
My Personal Text Doesn't Fit in the Space Provided
- Try typing everything you need into the space provided - in most cases, the text will wrap onto the next line.
- The design you have chosen may not support the amount of information you would like to include. You can try another design OR contact us at customercare@personalizedU.com for help.
